Jeans aren’t just for kicking around the house or doing dirty work these days, designer denim has become extremely popular and helped elevate jeans to iconic status. Premium designer denim is versatile, it can transition from day to evening, be worn with sexy heels or flip flops, but above all it continues to be a must-have fashion staple.
However, with all the designer denim on the market it has become frustrating to find the perfect pair of jeans. It can be overwhelming and cost a lot of time and money finding the right pair. So to help make jean shopping a bit easier and more rewarding I have done a tremendous amount of research and put together a designer denim guide to point you in the right direction, from slim to curvy and short to tall, it will help you make better decisions that will lead you to the perfect pair of jeans. Stayed tuned all week as I post the best jeans for a wide variety of body types.
To get things going, I am starting with the perfect jeans for tall gals. Tall women with long legs often have trouble finding jeans with longer inseams. If this is your struggle, look for Rock and Republic (available at www.eluxury.com and www.nordstrom.com), Hudson “Supermodel” jeans (available at www.couturecandy.com and www.revolveclothing.com), 7 For All Mankind “Xtra Long” jeans (available at www.tallcouture.com) and Joe’s Jeans “Twiggy” (available at www.joeseshop.com and www.revolveclothing.com). All these jeans come in extra long inseams so you can wear them with heels and not look like highwaters!

Some other brands i have found to have long inseams are: Peoples liberation – they make a few 36″ inseams styles, True Religion – again has a few 36″ inseams styles, Notify, and Paige Premium Denim also makes a 36″ inseam jean which i have found to fit really well.
