How To Look Taller and Slimmer

Yes it is time to answer that age old question that women have pondered for centuries, how can I look taller and slimmer! Because isn’ t that what we all want, unless you are a supermodel, and even they want to look slimmer, as if they are not skinny enough!

Okay so back to the our heart’s most burning desire, (yes it should be something like wanting world peace, but seeing how that is impossible these days we have to settle for what can actually be achieved) and anyone can look taller and slimmer by following a few of these simple tips.

The key is to elongate the body with visual tricks:

1. Wear a monochromatic outfit, one dark color from top to bottom

2. Do not wear horizontal stripes, only vertical stripes and even sparingly

3. Avoid big belts because they can cut your torso in half and visually shorten you

4. Long necklaces can add the vision of height

5. Always wear heels at least 1 1/2 inches or higher, not only do the give you actual height but they elongate the look of your leg

6. Wear dark colored jeans with a bootcut or straight leg with a pair of 2 1/2 or higher heels or boots, avoid super skinny leg jeans at all costs unless you are a size 2 or smaller (and if that is the case, please eat!)

7. Wear a lower waistline, 1″ to 1 1/2″ below your navel, it creates the illusion of a longer torso and by placing a horizontal line over your tummy, it visually flattens it

8. Invest in some great pieces of SPANX, these things are amazing, they instantly make anyone look slimmer, go to www.spanx.com

Follow these simple tricks next time you get dressed and you will have compliments flowing your way!
