I have completely fallen in love with the show Man Shops Globe on the Sundance Channel. Man Shops Globe follows Keith Johnson and his team all over to world scouring unique items to sell in Anthropologie stores. They travel to crazy, out there, remote places finding gorgeous items to sell or use as inspiration. After watching this show you will have a new appreciation for how stores like Anthropologie acquire their unique blend of merchandise. Check it out on the Sundance channel Wednesdays at 10 E/P.
One should never doubt the power of makeup, great hair and fashionable clothing, as was evidenced on Oprah on Monday. Oprah’s show was about how to get your sexy back and made over women who were feeling and looking a bit frumpy. The results were beyond spectacular, these women were all beautiful and just needed a little help bringing that back out. Oprah’s team of stylists, make up artists and hair guru Ken Paves worked wonders.
Here were my two favorite makeovers from the show, you can click here to see all the looks. I hope this inspires you to keep striving to look your best and now is the best time to consider giving yourself a mini-makeover.

I am assuming that many of you are huge Gossip Girl fans and whether you like the plot or not; it is worth watching for the drool worthy fashion that graces the TV every Monday on the CW network. Gossip Girl picked up where Sex and the City left off thanks to costume designer Eric Daman (who by the way worked for Patricia Fields on Sex and the City). Every week you get a healthy dose of extra-preppy, extra-stylish, super glam clothes and website Revolve Clothing teamed up with Eric Daman to create a fall look book full of their merchandise pulled together in true Gossip Girl style. So you too can now look like a Gossip Girl. Check it out at www.revolveclothing.com.

The new fall tv season is upon us and I am excited that I will finally have new episodes of my favorite shows to watch. I do most of my tv watching when I am on the treadmill and when I have something new and fun to watch it tends to make my workouts go by quicker! I am also excited about this season because it seems that there are quite a few shows that revolve around fashion. I have done my research and found when all my favorite shows premiere and have compiled a list so I don’t miss an episode, for all the fans out there enjoy and if you have never seen these shows, they are worth checking out!
So, bye bye re-runs and hello to the hope and possibility of a great new season of tv shows!
